Las tecnologías de la agromática permiten cambiar el modelo de producción para tomar mejores decisiones en tiempo real y enfrentar así los retos del negocio.
La industria avícola debe afrontar una gran cantidad de retos para poder llevar al mercado huevos y carne de pollo en sus distintas presentaciones. Para Hernán Laurentin, ingeniero agrónomo experto de industria y arquitecto de Soluciones Agro en SofOS, estos deben ser abordados de manera integral.
