Las pinzas inteligentes RoboBatcher Flex de Marel permiten colocar productos de peso fijo en bandejas de acuerdo con los patrones elegidos por el usuario. A pesar de su increíble velocidad, manejan los productos con el mayor cuidado y también ahorran mano de obra.

El sistema de visión de RoboBatcher detecta la orientación de cada producto en el cinturón, pasando esta información a la pinza. Esto le permite ajustar su ángulo, recogiendo siempre el producto de la misma manera. Las nuevas pinzas no dejan caer productos en la bandeja, ya que el rebote causaría una pérdida de control sobre cómo caen los productos. En su lugar, la pinza se desplaza a la parte inferior de la bandeja para liberar el producto en el lugar exacto. Las mordazas de la pinza no se abren más de lo necesario, lo que es particularmente importante para el último producto en una bandeja.
