Jansen Poultry ha encontrado una solución y ha desarrollado un sistema mecánico para retirar la cama avícola de todas las granjas de aves y mejorar la calidad de los galpones. Con este sistema diseñado por Jansen Poultry el nivel de cama avícola en el galpón se pude mantener monitoreado, el material de cama avícola es eliminado mecánicamente, y los niveles de polvo y amoníaco se reducen considerablemente. El sistema funciona mediante la instalación de un cable de acero giratorio con un raspador adjunto cada ± 4 m en el camino peatonal del galpón. Luego, a través de movimientos progresivos de los rascadores se retira la cama avícola a la parte posterior del galpón. Es más, durante la limpieza del galpón, el cable con raspadores puede ser removido de manera que el sistema no interfiere con el proceso de limpieza.
