FEEDLATINA espera la aprobación del programa de inocuidad de alimentos balanceados

La aprobación vendrá después 3 años de trabajo

El Ing. Federico Etcheverry, presidente de FEEDLATINA, hizo una presentación durante la reunión de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Avicultura en el XXIV Congreso Mundial de Avicultura en Salvador de Bahía, Brasil, sobre las actividades recientes de la asociación.

El anuncio más importante fue sobre el proyecto “Programa Feed&Food Seguro FEEDLATINA”, que permitirá la armonización regulatoria y la maximización de la inocuidad de los alimentos para animales. Luego de tres años de trabajo y con el aporte de US$1,000,000 en el cual participan FEEDLATINA, FAO, IICA y los gobiernos de Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, México, Perú, Paraguay y Uruguay, la aprobación del proyecto por la Organización Mundial de Comercio se espera para noviembre del 2012.
