Se realizará este 9 de septiembre en México, DF

Con el objetivo de conocer la importancia de la calidad de los ingredientes utilizados para la fabricación de alimentos sobre el desempeño de los animales que los consumen y administrar el riesgo de la volatilidad de precios de los ingredientes alimenticios, el Consejo Nacional de Fabricantes de Alimentos Balanceados de México, Conafab y el U.S. Soybean Export Council realizarán este 9 de septiembre de 2013, en México, DF este taller sobre producción animal y la importancia de la calidad, compras y coberturas para empresas fabricantes de alimento.

En él se hablará de la calidad de los alimentos balanceados, el mercado de las oleaginosas y granos, la problemática del abastecimiento de materias primas en referencia a calidad, precio, volumen y producción de alimentos balanceados para empresas fabricantes de estos alimentos, el efecto de la calidad de los insumos en el desempeño de las aves y alternativas de compra, cobertura de granos y oleaginosas, conferencias que serán impartidas por reconocidos ponentes nacionales y extranjeros.
