Seminario técnico avícola de Inmobal-Nutrer

Este acontecimiento realizado en Argentina, abordo los desafíos, oportunidades y peligros para la industria avícola actual.

Con éxito se realizó el seminario técnico avícola de Inmobal-Nutrer en Argentina, el que contó con la participación de más de 100 invitados de la industria avícola y de otras instituciones del sector, los cuales asistieron a las interesantes conferencias programadas por el equipo de la empresa con la colaboración de Adisseo, Ajinomoto y PoliI-Nutri.

Las presentaciones y conferencias del evento se basaron principalmente en los desafíos, oportunidades y peligros para la industria avícola. En algunas de estas conferencias se pidió a la industria que examinara sus prácticas actuales y que considerara la forma en que se pueda asegurar la sustentabilidad de la producción avícola en el futuro. También hubo varias consideraciones auspiciosas acerca del crecimiento del consumo de pollo, lo cual llevó el análisis de quienes podrían ser los que van a abastecer la mayor demanda.

  • Nuevos aminoácidos en la nutrición de aves – Prof. Fernando Perazzo Costa;
  • Sorgo en la alimentación de las aves – Dr. Bernardo Iglesias; y
  • Disturbios metabólicos en pollos: Énfasis en ascites y muerte súbita – Dr. Alexandre Barbosa.
