El sistema utiliza tecnología de visión artificial para detectar este tipo de miopatías en los filetes de carne de pechuga en la producción de pollos de engorde.
Utilizando el poder de la visión artificial, un nuevo dispositivo que pronto estará en el mercado puede ayudar a las plantas procesadoras avícolas a clasificar la carne de pollo que muestra signos del síndrome de pechuga “de madera” de la carne normal.
