Producción, consumo, exportaciones e importaciones sufrieron un decrecimiento promedio cercano al 3 por ciento en la pasada vigencia de 2018.
La consultora IES (Investigaciones Económicas Sectoriales) publicó su habitual balance sobre el negocio avícola argentino. Dentro de las conclusiones más destacadas, específicamente para el mercado de la carne de pollo, se encuentra que “el consumo de carne aviar cayó 3.1 por ciento en 2018 al alcanzar los 42.9 kilos por habitante frente a los 44.3 kilos del 2017”.
