Se llevará a cabo en la Universidad Estatal de Carolina del Norte, el 17 y 18 de mayo

Ya están abiertas las inscripciones y hay cupo disponible para el Curso Internacional de Producción Avícola y el Curso de Manufactura de Alimentos Balanceados, que se llevarán a cabo del 13 al 17 y del 17 al 18 de mayo del presente año en la Universidad Estatal de Carolina del Norte, en Raleigh, N.C., EUA. El curso tendrá énfasis en reproductoras, incubación, nutrición, alimentación y tecnología de plantas de alimentos, manejo de pollo y pavos, salud y bienestar aviar.

En manufactura de alimentos se tratarán temas como los programas de aseguramiento de la calidad, recepción, procesamiento, alimento terminado, sanidad y manejo de plagas, despacho y retiros de alimento, además de temas de muestreo, pruebas de micotoxinas, reducción de tamaño de partícula, lotes y mezclado, uniformidad de la mezcla, acondicionamiento y peletizado, entre otros.
