Proyecto para medir y establecer el papel de los ingredientes de especialidad en la producción pecuaria

La International Feed Industry Federation y la EU Association of Specialty Feed Ingredients and Their Mixtures, FEFANA, anunciaron el lanzamiento de un Consejo Científico de distinguidos expertos de clase mundial en ISO, nutrición animal y alimentos balanceados de Asia-Pacífico, Norteamérica, Europa y Latinoamérica que servirán de órgano consultivo del Proyecto de Sustentabilidad de Ingredientes de Alimentos Balanceados de Especialidad.

Este proyecto está diseñado para medir y establecer el papel de los ingredientes de especialidad en el impacto ambiental de la producción pecuaria. El Consejo Científico ofrecerá asesoramiento independiente durante el transcurso de la obra, con el fin de garantizar los aportes científicamente robustos en el análisis y preparar el terreno para una futura publicación de los resultados del proyecto.

El proyecto está dirigido por la International Feed Industry Federation y la FEFANA, pero también reúne a la American Feed Industry Association, la Japan Feed Manufacturers Association y Sindirações de Brasil, así como a empresas dedicadas a la producción de alimentos balanceados e ingredientes de especialidad.
