Como parte de la serie anual educativa de la Exposición Internacional de Producción y Procesamiento 2013, la Universidad Estatal de Pensilvania y la U.S. Poultry & Egg Association serán anfitrionas de un nuevo Taller de Manejo Avícola y Garantía de un Transporte de Calidad “Capacitación de Instructores” para transportistas avícolas y equipos de captura de aves. La cuota de inscripción para el taller es de US$250 y está limitada a 30 participantes.

El programa de Manejo Avícola y Garantía de un Transporte de Calidad proporciona capacitación certificada a terceros, que brinda a empleados y equipos contratados mejor conocimiento del bienestar de las aves, buenas prácticas de manejo y bioseguridad, planes de emergencia, capacitación para los medios de comunicación y preparación para auditorías externas.

La Exposición Internacional de Producción y Procesamiento 2013 se realizará del martes 29 al jueves 31 de enero de 2013, en el Centro Mundial de Congresos de Georgia en Atlanta, Georgia, EUA.
